項目位於江蘇蘇州，商業開發項目性質。服務範圍從概念設計、方案設計、擴初設計、及施工溝通指導。蘇州為一個中國傳統水鄉城市，業主希望能創造一個承先啟後的項目，連結蘇州的新與舊，並成為該城市的亮點。團隊成員在叁與過程中，將水、河道、景觀、建築、活動五個重要基地元素整合，透過先端資訊科技靈魂元素”電路版”的設計語彙，傳達先進、高能量、與流動的印象，為基地景觀創造一個鮮明的風格，也為項目帶來川流不息的能量與人氣。
Design Principal, Peiching Kao, participated this project while working in SWA. The landscape scopes are concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction coordination. The client would like to create a waterfront commercial space to integrate the tradition and future of Suzhou, and became the new landmark of the city. This project involved 5 key local elements, water, canal, building, and activities, and applied “Circuit Board” as the design language to express modern high energy, and the flowing impression.
