團隊成員在操作過程與建築師SOM合作為北京西城區創造一個國際里程指標。設計運用簡單、對比鮮明的陰影，探討了該區開放空間與建築體之間的互動。其中中央公園區塊更是整個設計的靈魂，完美地體現了都市設計的架構，也為場地提供了明確的動線與方向性。

Design Principal, Peiching Kao, participated the project while working in SWA. He cooperated with SOM to create a world-class commercial area for Beijing Xicheng District. The project applied simple, contract, and shadow to emphasize the interaction of open spaces and buildings. The central park, the soul of overall project, expresses the framework of urban design, and also provides clear circulation and orientation for the site.
